A new dawn for Abia State University as Prof Maxwell Ogbulu emerges as the 8th substanstive vice Chancellor.
The Professor of Finance born in 18th July, 1956 specializes on Investment Analysis, Portfolio Theory,Financial Markets and Finametrics. 
Absu Villa congratulates the the new vice chancellor while we look out for a greater times for the University.
