During this week of great events, alot of programs were scheduled up inline with the calendar.

In line with the weeks events which started with the JCCF welcome fellowship, Celebration of one year in office by the VC, Glo Campus show, Inaugural lecture, HUMSA Election, Nursing induction, NESA election and lot more, the debate "ASUSU IGBO O NA ANWU ANWU" drew students to argue over the truth behind this topic.

It's was something interesting to see students gathered to support the debaters in the presence of the Abia State University Staff workers, Senior lectures, Professor's, Principal offices, the Dean of students and the Vice chancellor of University as well.

The debate competition which was held in the university Senate building was between the Faculty of health science and Faculty of Education.

Bringing this back to reality, alot was learnt during this competition because foreign language introduction has brought about barriers in our Igbo language communication and how it's been related.
