Absu Students protest for Approval of cooking in the Hostels

Absu Students took today carried out peaceful demonstration seeking for the approval to cook in the Hostel.


According the Campus press, the non violent demonstration drew the attention of the Dean of Student Affairs, Prof F. E Eboh, who came to the scene and address the matters



At the time of this report, Absuvila is yet to contact the SUG president for further clarification and information.

Recall that the hostel fire outbreak of 2013 was alleged to have been caused by students cooking in the Hostels,however counter stories claimed it was electricity.

Absuvila advise that students tread with caution especially with the fast encroaching harmattan season.
