ABSU STAFF SCHOOL TO FACE ALL-ROUND RESTRUCTURING


Abia State University Staff School will soon face all-round restructuring. The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Uchenna Eleazer Ikonne made this known while addressing the National Executive of Abia State University Staff School Alumni Association today.


Speaking during the visit, the National President Engr. Emeka Ofoegbu said that their purpose of visit is to present to the Vice-Chancellor, the National Executive of the Alumni Association and also to seek his permission as regards to plans which is geared towards revitalising their almamata.
He further expressed satisfaction towards the success recorded so far by the current administration and pledge their unreserved support towards the Professor Ikonne's led Administration.

Reacting to his speech,the Vice-Chancellor thanked them for identifying with him and commended the association for their quality idea.
He also took them memory-lane on the problems that has been faced by the staff-school as well as steps he (the VC)has taken toward putting and end to it.
He further approved their request and promised his management support.

Expressing gratitude on behalf of the Alumni Association, the National Secretary thanked the Vice-Chancellor for his kind gesture and promised not to disappoint him.
