SUG Dismisses Suspension claims by SRC

The Student Union government today dismissed claims of Students Representative council banning the SUG Director of Socials. In a press release this morning by the student Union government president Comr. Victor Alugo, He stated that based on the constitutional provision which was bridged by the SRC, the suspension of Comr Atu remains Ultra void, and He however warned anyone trying to act or Function as the SUG Director for socials other than Atu based on the presumed suspension to desist from such act. PRESS RELEASE....

Sequel to an earlier publication from the S.R.C which stipulated that, they are alive on grounds of suspending a competent Director of socials, Comr . Atu Chidera, who in all ramification has discharged his official duty effectively.
The executive body wish to warn any person parading himself as Acting Dir.of social to desist from such or face the wrath.
Having scrutinized the provision of section 55(3) of which the suspension should be of gross misconduct and not of forceful respect to the legislative arm.
In as much as the legislative arm wants to be 'alive' as stipulated in their Earlier publication,the executive arm will not tolerate any one trying to act ultra vires on grounds of:
A)Not giving at least 48hours notice to executive for any invitation for a meeting.
B)Not copying to the S.U.G President for such decision.
The executive arm uses this medium to announce to all Absu students that Comr.Atu Chidera remains the S.U.G Dir of socials,any other person that wants to assume the position should wait for the next election,so as to contest.
