Former SUG chief judge writes to SUG president

Disagreement has continued breeding between the two students powers viz SUG /SRC, the drama started after the SRC floated a suspension memo online placing ban on Comr Atu Chidera without sending prio information to the SUG principle officers. The sug president yesterday dismissed the suspension claims by SRC which has sparked up writings from various student leaders, read an open letter by former SUG chief judge below :

This is the problem with Absu SUG, what are you people even teaching future politicians and Unionist. The Executive has NO right to declare an Act of the legislature illegal or not following due process, rather this is a question of law, which the Court is an arbiter. This is where the Court comes In to arbitrate. Majesty Ugochukwu remains the best SUG president,for knowing the role of the Judiciary,theres no difference between this administration and tomato sellers. Do what is right keep the Judiciary alive and whoever thinks that his right has been trampled should approach the Court.
