SUG 2018 :Evan Ogbonna Declares Interest to run for SUG Dir of Transport, see manifesto

According to him:overtime i have observed some little challenges in the transport system of the university which ought not to be, such challenges like:

-Not informing the students before adding the fare price
-Drivers using abusive words on the students
-No defined parking terminal
-improper parking
-No Zebra lines to indicate passage
-lack of direction signs
-inadequate provision of walk ways
-lack of direction signs

I intend to run for this position as a result of my passion towards rendering help to my fellow students when it relates to transportation issues/problems.
This position is important as it involves proper analysis of movement around the school environment and adequate policy formulation with updating the necessary for the benefit of the students and staff's who will at different times apply the transportation routes.
If elected into this position as the director of transport i will do the following:

1}work with other members of the student executive council. The reason for this is because when divided nothing good can be achieved using the broom situation as an illustration.

2}proper safety of the students when in vehicle

3}interpersonal relationship between the drivers and the students

4}Terminal upgrading

5}The driver as a security personal

6}proper flow of information from the transport department to the students

7}Dropping at the nearest point to class

8}Use of student union vehicle to carry the students in the Early hours of the day for at least 3 times a week.

9}Prepare a detail map of the school showing the spatial arrangement of utilities, facilities and service.
