Speaking to the Director Of ICS Dr J. U Ogbonna .he said that official selling date of the Postume will be published on the news papers,media and some other information Outlet.he added the information will be published first in the university official website.
Anybody buying the scratch card now may not be able to login until the activation and the official announcement is made.
