JCCF President Delivers a Goodwill Christmass Messeage to Absu Students

The christmass season is here again. It is usually a
time to commemorate the birth of Christ whose
purpose for coming was to save a world that
was headed for doom. Jesus had a purpose for
coming and He lived a life of purpose. He knew it
was not yet uhuru if his purpose has not been accomplished . A lot of you don't know your
purpose for being on earth,and that explains
why you live your life so recklessly and
unconcerned. The three wise men came from the
east to identify with the purpose of Christ's
coming before they went back to celebrate it. Celebrating his birth without identifying with his
person is useless. fools celebrate the birth of
Christ in beer parlors,joints,hotel rooms,Delilah'
lap etc but wise men seek after Christ. Before
you celebrate,will you pause for a minute to
identify with Christ as the Lord of your life. For believers,Jesus came to solve a problem,the sin
problem,but what are you on earth to do? This is
the period to ask your self this question, what
on earth am I here for? What problem am I here
to solve? It is time to take responsibility for the
kingdom and for the society. ... For Unto us a child is born,unto us a son is given,and the
government shall be upon His shoulder..... Christ
was born a child but he couldn't rise to take
responsibility till he became a son then the
government rested upon his shoulder. Christ
shouldered responsibility. Children are useless because they don't take responsibility,they are
only after what to take,not what to do,hence
they can't be given to any society. But sons
shoulders responsibility,they understand the
need of the father's heart and they are
determined to meet those needs. They understand their responsibility towards the
society and they are out to live up to them. Are
you a child or a son? What responsibility are you
taking for the kingdom and the society? Are you
a useless christian or a useful christian? This is
time to take the message of love to people around you so that they too can identify with
Christ. It is not time to eat and drink alone. As
you travel for xmas,don't forget who you
are,don't eat away your consecration. This is
time to live out the life of christ so that those
around will see it and glorify your father in heaven. Don't sell your salvation for
phone,money,drinks or anything. Nothing is
worth your salvation. Remember who you are!
Men are watching,let them not see the old man
rather let them see Christ. What propelled Christ
to come was love,you too should demonstrate love. Their are people around you that are
moving about naked,but you have many
clothes,why not clothe them with one,some
don't have what to eat,but your dustbin is filled
with unfinished food,why not share with them.
It is a season to put smile on someone's face. God's kind of love should not just be said it
should be demonstrated. Christ demonstrated
his love towards us why we were yet sinners.
