Absu Gets new 7 Professors.

Abia state university has  promoted 6 new lecturers to the rank of Professor , in a statement released on social media, the following Persons were promoted.

 The new Professors are :

1. Amadike Ugbogu, a prolific writer and international scholar whose research work attracted an academic collaboration between Abia State University and University of Mexico.

2. Innocent C. Nnorom- Industrial Chemistry

3. Bright Osu- Mathematics

4. Godwin Chinyere- Biochemistry

5. M.O Unegbu- Law

6. Dick O. Uduma- Political Science

7. Innocent Okoronye- Law.

Those elevated to the position of Reader include:

1. Michael Alozie- Geography and Planning

2. C.O Chijioke- Law

3. Stanley Okereke- Biochemistry.

Moreso, the University Governing Council approved promotions of Staff (Teaching and Non-Teaching), who meet stipulated criteria without discrimination.
