Congratulations :Absu Installs new Chancellor

Abia State University Uturu is on the verge of installing a new chancellor following the Expiration of Sir Francis Orji's tenure.
Absu said and we quote:

Similarly, following the expiration of Sir Francis Oji’s tenure as the Honourable Chancellor of Abia State University, Governor Ikpeazu has graciously approved the appointment of a seasoned academic cum traditional leader to the position of Hon. Chancellor of Abia State University.
The choice of His Royal Majesty, Begha U Tiv, Orcivirigh Professor James Ortese Iorzua Ayatse, Tor Tiv V, as the Honourable Chancellor of the University revalidates the Governor's determination to place Abia State University on the part of excellence.
Professor James Ortese Iorzua Ayatse, Tor Tiv V, is a renowned Nigerian Academic, the paramount ruler of the Tiv Nation, the president Tiv Area Traditional Council, and the Chairman Benue State Council of Chiefs. He previously served as the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Agriculture, Makurdi and the Pioneer Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University, Dutsin-Ma.
Given his track records as Vice-Chancellor emeritus of two different federal universities in Nigeria, his appointment no doubt will indeed add impetus to the academic and cultural content of the university and the state at large.At this Juncture, it is therefore wise to salute our eminent scholar in Governance, The doer of deeds; A foresighted seer, who made us believe that nothing is ever beyond our reach; A victor who wins the night and still conquers the day; A man whose steadfastness to service is unmatched, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu Ph.D., for appointing His Royal Majesty, Begha U Tiv, Orcivirigh Professor James Ortese Iorzua Ayatse, Tor Tiv V, as the Honourable Chancellor of Abia State University and for approving January 19, 2019 for the 26th convocation ceremony of the University which will start with the installation of the Tor Tiv V, as the Hon. Chancellor of the University.
