Make your payments in time: Payment like school fees should be made in time to avoid late payment fees of N5000,once this is done, You re surely on a safer side.


Departmental Dues: Make sure you pay all your departmental dues to avoid unforeseen payment during clearance.

Loss of Receipt: There is a difference between loss of receipt and loss of Etranzact Payment slip. It easier to recover a lost receipt than lost etranzact. Should in case you loss a receipt, follow these steps to get a new receipt.

Go to your faculty where you change your payments slips to receipt, search for your name, if found, the financial officer will ask you to photocopy the page, Photocopy the page, proceed to the MFB and get a N1000 bank draft with bank charge of N300,change the draft to receipt with the faculty(Note at Time of this composition, the amount for bank draft for loss of receipt is N1000),He/She will issue u with a receipt, Photocopy the receipt and draft a letter to Bursary attaching the copy of the page where your name appears and the photocopy of the receipt issued to you by your faculty Officer and Send it to Bursary.
