The Campus was thrown in Pandemonium following SUGECO list of Qualified and Disqualified candidates.The house unanimously ruled  or gave their ruling based on observation and facts.
A lot of Persons are yet to accept this result in good faith but however there seems to be no appeal in this judgment.

Kalu Barnabas

Kalu Barnabas: Kalu Barnabas was Disqualified for the post of SUG President on grounds of embezzlement  in the Union,Recall that Kalu served as SUG Financial Secretary  in Alugo led administration.

Mighty Onyekwere

Mighty Onyekwere :Also vying for the post of SUG president was screend out following Poor acdaemic performance.This is the second time Mighty is been disqualified from the student union election with the same Position.

Ubani Stanley

Ubani Stanely :Ubani Stanley vying  for he post of SUG President  was disqualified on grounds of not resigning as President of Ngwa students,Ubani who had hopes of taking the union to the next level was thrown out of the race by SUGECO ruling ,Recall that he  lost against Micheal Elder in the last Union election were he contested for the post of SUG Dir Of Transport.

Ezemdi Zionnel

Zionnel Ezemdi: This was heartBreaking to a lot of students following the disqualification of Ezemdi Zionnel in the SUG race. Zionnel who rose from the Postion of  PRO to secretary general in the Union had hopes to clinch the union Presidential baton was however disappointed following SUGECO rulling. He was disqualified on grounds of Defiance.

Chukwu Justina :The beautiful lady from Nursing department was disappointed following her disqualification by SUGECO. the committee ruled that Justina was not qualified to contest to the Position of Vice president of the student union owing to security reports.


Okogbue Prince : Popular known as OPC was today thrown out of the SUG Union race because of his absenteeism during screening.He was vying for the post of SUG Secretary general,Recall that he previously served as SUG difrector of Welfare under Alugo led Admin.


Yadirichi Ezeh : Yadirichi Eze made an exit out SUG 2017 election by SUGECO ruling,The Huge handsome boy was disqualified because he coudnt express himself properly before the SUGECO  members,Yadirichi served as PRO under Alugo led admin. Prio his disqualification,He was vying for the Post of secretary general.


Nnadikwe Praize :Contesting for the Position of SUG Assistance general secretary was shown the exit door following his inability to pay his fees fully.


Chima George Chisom : Vying for the Position  of SUG director of welfare was disqualified on grounds Poor academic performance,



Esike Obinna :The 200level student of Medicine and Surgery was disqualified because he was unqualified as stated in the constitution. Esike was contesting for the Position of SUG director of Health




Elder Micheal: The 400level student of Political science was disqualified on grounds of Defiance.Elder who is re-contesting for the position of SUG director of Transport is however out of the Race.
