Public Administration-The Quiet Precious Discipline.

Public Administration is a Unique course that seems quiet , this discipline is also known in most Universities as School of Leadership. 

Public Administration covers a wide range of leadership courses from  government ,Family to corporate bodies and Organisation. Every Graduate of this course should be assumed to be successful leaders who can manage the government,organisation and Public & Private enterprise  at large.

On May 2015,an international leadership conference was held in Owerri with huge amount of money attached for registration and entrance access for the speakers just to speak on Abraham Maslow  and Hersberg theories concerning leadership.

These are the theories students of pub admin are being tutored on from their first year to their final year ,they are prone to better leadership skills,Thus every Serious Public admin  student is a potential leader.

I therefor encourage students of this great discipline to read and practice more of what is being taught in class. This is one of the departments that have created great impact in the society , this is one of the great department that have developed several theories of organisational management ,the discipline that has influence the relationship of workers in Organisations.
