COULD THIS BE STRIKE?

For the past one week.the university environment has experienced a deserted atmosphere..
Joints where Student are found are now empty.
Places like the school walk-ways where people struggle to pass ..the school exam hall,cafe and some other joints are now scanty.
Could it be that the school is now on strike? Or because no exams?
