STUDENTS REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL(SRC)
A Great number of students do not actually know the meaning of
the SRC and what it stands for. SRC means STUDENTS REPRESENTATIVE
COUNCIL.it is the legislative arm of the student Union
Government(SUG),it comprises of 54 members of which represents
different constituencies viz:
1.Two Representative from each faculty
2.A representative from each wing of the hostels A,B,C
3.A representative from hostels like E,F,G and H
4.Two representatives from from Hostel D.
The principal officers for 2013/2014 of this house includes

Comr Cornelius Best-Deputy clerk.

Rt.Hon.Chukwuemeka kingDavid.
A very handsome young man of a good reputation,a born again
christian and Academic maverick.a final year student of the
prestigious department of Biochemistry,he is presently the speaker
of SRC and also representing the Gombe constituency.
Hon.Ujoh Oluchi Happiness
A beautiful Damsel of the great faculty of law and presently in
300level.the beautiful young lady represents lagos constituency
and is presently the vice chairman Information and
publicity.
A vivacious student of the trendy department of Banking and
Finance,he represents Akwa Ibom constituency,and is currently the
chairman comittee on welfare.
Hon.Chima Okechukwu Ogbuagu
A very energetic student of the prestigious department of public
administration,he is currently in 300l,he represents Adamawa
constituency and chairman on Information,publicity and
communication.
Hon Kalu Emmanuel
A handsome Young man of 300l of the great department of Estate
Management.He is presently the chairman,House committee on
Hostel Govt.
His Hobbies Includes writing and Dancing,he dislike lies and
Injustice,he believes in the quote which say"the change we need in
our time is in you" .
